The exhibit, Picturing A City: Music, ran in Spring 2018. In it, we explored and celebrated the long history of music and musicals, how we played music in the past, and some of Charlottetown’s musical stars and venues. If you would like to learn about how we played music before the Internet, or find out what a Kaju stick is used for, or what concert caused the Provincial Government to pass legislation to prevent it from going forward, read on.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the institutions and individuals who donated photos, artifacts and information to make this exhibit happen. We appreciate your support!
